Impact Strategy and Measurement for Large Companies and Institutions
Impact Amplifier supports larger companies to create and measure their social and ecological impact.

Although the intentions are often there, finding ways to enhance and measure social and environmental impact for large companies can be challenging.
This is often because the skills and expertise required are not part of the core competencies of the management team and or based on limited time and focus.
Impact Amplifier supports larger companies to enhance and measure their social and or environmental impact in multiple ways, such as:
- Institutional frameworks and policies - which allow the business to clarify its social and environmental intentions and the tools to successfully integrate and implement them within the business.
- Impact engineering – designs ways to alter the existing “normal” day to day practices to manifest more social and or environmental value.
- Impact assessments – measuring the results of internal and external practices that are intended to achieve specific social and or environmental objectives. These assessments allow evidence-based decision making regarding any initiatives intended to realise social or ecological returns.
- Supply chain screening and evaluation – based on Impact Amplifier’s unique ethical supply chain tools, it can evaluate suppliers across 150 metrics to determine adherence to legislative requirements as well as the company’s value system.
- Supply chain integration – designing and implementing new methods for integrating businesses into the supply chain. This may be related to gender, racial, SMME or geographic and other types of inclusion.
