FyreFem Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd (“FBFM”) is registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) and is a member of the South African Venture Capital Association (“SAVCA”). FBFM is authorised in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (“FAIS”) by the FSCA to supply certain categories of financial services and is registered as a Category I and Category II FSP.

Impact Amplifier Fund Management has a complaints resolution process and will reply to any written complaint. A copy of the complaints process can be made available upon request. Complaints may be addressed to info@impactamplifier.co.za. If you are dissatisfied with the response, you may refer your complaint to Impact Amplifier Fund Management’s Compliance Officer, if you are still dissatisfied with the response received; you may then approach the Office of the Ombudsman for Financial Service Providers, and the respective details have been provided below.
