Accelerating Social Enterprises

Impact Amplifier offers a range of acceleration and training programmes focused on getting social enterprises ready for investment.

Partner With Us

Impact Amplifier has developed various investment readiness models to support social enterprises. It delivers acceleration services directly as well as through its unique white labelled online platform, Impact OS, for other incubators and accelerators to use.

Direct Acceleration

Delivered either as a group-based process or with individual businesses, Impact Amplifier’s investment readiness accelerators are typically 3-12 months in duration, covering:

  • Impact Case – problem, solution, metrics;
  • Market Identification – customer segmentation and sizing;
  • Market Access – sales, distribution, competition, and value proposition;
  • Strategic growth planning;
  • Finance – modelling and long-term planning; and
  • Pitching – investment documents and presentations.

The structure of each accelerator is designed to suit the unique needs of our clients, but generally includes some combination of lectures, individual coaching, group discussions, webinars, videos, and homework assignments.  The end result is to get the participants ready to successfully solicit the capital needed to scale.

Online Acceleration Platform - Impact OS

After hosting over 12 acceleration programmes for social enterprises, Impact Amplifier recognised the acute need for an online platform to both ensure the quality and consistency of content, but also accessibility. Trading under the brand Impact OS, Impact Amplifier developed an end to end platform-based solution for incubators and accelerators to deliver investment readiness training, monitoring and evaluation, network management and impact assessments.

This platform provides a module by module approach to investment readiness where entrepreneurs can self-study or be facilitated through the process with a coach.  Its flexibility caters to a broad spectrum of business development needs and pre-existing skills using a combination of videos, webinars, and step by step instructions through the process. Training and Workshops

Beyond its accelerators and virtual platform, Impact Amplifier also offers workshops on: the various aspects of the investment readiness process; building social enterprise ecosystems; impact investment; ethical supply chain creation; impact assessments; and how to build commercial solutions to social and environmental challenges.
