Felix Philipp, Project Manager at Impact Amplifier, is an experienced inclusive innovation specialist in the field of sustainability and shared value creation strategies for low-income communities. Felix obtained a double MSc in International Business from ESC Toulouse and WFI Ingolstadt, focusing on strategy and sustainable business. He is Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Graduate School of Business UCT and has worked for several consultancies and research institutes across Europe. In his work Felix has led a range of projects on inclusive value chains and sustainable business models, for example identifying systemic deficits of micro-finance institutions lending to smallholder farmers in Bangladesh or assessing the impact of Nando’s Peri-Peri Ethical Sourcing Initiative on the lives of smallholder farmers.
Felix is responsible for the project management and supervises the digital administration of the data collection, aggregation and analysis. He leads the in-field data collection and ensures that the methodology follows scientific standards.
